Withdrawal is done manually: from your Biklo account press Withdraw funds and request payment. Payments are not made automatically.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 5 EUR.
• Individuals: you can request the withdrawal after the 24 hour window that the buyer has to check the package expires.
• Companies: after the buyer has received the package, he has 24 hours to check and according to the law European, 14 calendar days right of return. After the expiration of these terms (and in the absence of a return or claim), you can request payment.

The time when the money actually appears in your bank account can be up to 5 working days and depends entirely on the payment processor and Visa / Mastercard / American Express — it is not under Biklo's control.
