Buyer protection ensures a safe transaction: payment is held by Biklo until you confirm receipt, and if the product does not arrive or does not correspond to the description, you have the right to a solution according to the refund policy. The protection fee is publicly displayed before payment; for products sold by companies, the buyer does not pay it.
