  • The seller has a deadline to process the order and call the courier (up to 5 calendar days for individuals; maximum 48 hours for companies, for products in stock).
  • After picking up the package, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in Romania (2–4 days for companies), excluding weekends and public holidays. International deliveries may take longer.

Times are estimates. Actual delivery is up to the courier company; Biklo facilitates the transaction, but is not responsible for delays caused by sellers or carriers.
