How does product delivery work with Biklo on our website?

Biklo offers users – sellers and buyers – the service of Delivery via Biklo, a fast, convenient and efficient solution for trading and delivering products listed on our platform.
1How do you benefit from the service if you are a seller?
If you sell a product from certain categories, you can enable the option Delivery via Biklo directly from the add ad page.
For your product to be eligible for delivery through Biklo, it must meet the following conditions:
- Not to exceed 20 kg
- Have a minimum price of 20 lei
If these criteria are met, all you have to do is check the box. Delivery via Biklo when you add the ad.
Once you've published your ad, the order can come at any time. When it does, you'll see it displayed in your account, like this:
If you agree to send the product, click the "Accept" button. If the product is no longer available, you can select "Reject". If you do not respond within 3 days, the order will automatically expire.
Important:
Preparing the package for delivery
After accepting the order, all that remains is to pack the package properly. See more details about package packaging here.
Depending on the delivery option chosen, you will either have to leave the package at the selected drop-off point or wait for the courier to pick it up at your address.

If the product has Biklo delivery enabled, all you have to do is click "Buy with delivery" on the ad page. It's simple and fast!
Once the order is placed, you will be able to see it in your account and track its status step by step.:
- Pending – The seller has not yet acted on your order.
- Confirmed – The seller has accepted the order, and an AWB has been generated and is available for tracking.
- Rejected – The seller rejected your order.
- Expired – The order was automatically canceled because the seller did not take any action within 3 days.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss further details, please feel free to contact the seller.
If you have a confirmed order, you can expect to receive the product within the next 3-5 business days. Once confirmed, you will not be able to cancel it from your account.
