Add the item to your basket and pay online through Biklo with protected payment: the money only reaches the shop once the order is confirmed.

By courier, with an automatically generated shipping label, or to a parcel locker for parcels that fit. If you're nearby, ask in the chat whether you can see the item in person.

You request a return from the order page, where you'll also see the steps of the process. For questions about an item, message the shop in the chat before you order.
