Buyer Protection Fee

Buyer protection ensures a safe transaction: the payment is held by Biklo until you confirm that everything is fine, and if a problem occurs (the product does not arrive or does not correspond to the description), you have Biklo support and the right to resolve it according to the refund policy.


The fee is publicly displayed before payment and is calculated according to a formula (it is not a fixed percentage).


For products sold by companies, you do not pay this tax — it is borne by the seller company.
