Question 1

How does protected payment work?

Accepted Answer

You pay online through Biklo, and the money only reaches the seller once the order is confirmed. That way you can buy gravel e-bikes from private sellers without sending money upfront to a stranger.

Question 2

How do I receive my item?

Accepted Answer

By courier, with a shipping label generated automatically by Biklo; parcels that fit can also go to a parcel locker. If the seller is nearby, you can see the item and buy it in person.

Question 3

How do I check a used item before buying it?

Accepted Answer

Message the seller in the chat: ask for close-up photos, ask about age, wear and servicing, and check their rating. Some sellers also accept price offers.
