2 ads for chainrings, from private sellers and shops nationwide. Typical price: $34.
The chainring is the front toothed ring, mounted on the crank arms. You replace it when the teeth are worn or when you want a different ratio: a smaller ring helps on climbs, a bigger one gives you speed. On modern MTBs, narrow-wide chainrings, with alternating wide and narrow teeth, hold the chain without a guide.
SRAM and Shimano have the most chainrings on Biklo, along with FSA, Force, BBB and Fouriers. When you change the chainring, check the chain too, because a stretched one quickly wears out the new ring. Chainrings fit easily in a parcel locker.
Most chainrings ads are priced between $34 and $67; the typical price is $34.
