Arsenal park - a military bike race

Green for Bikes, Liman Bike Race Association and Arsenal Park Transilvania organize, on June 23, 2013, the largest bicycle competition in Hunedoara County: Arsenal Park – A Military Bike Race.

ARSENAL PARK is a 3-star holiday tourist complex, one of the few military-themed facilities in Europe. Built within the perimeter of the former Orastie arms factory, ARSENAL PARK has created a new form of military life: The Vacation Soldier. The Arsenal Park field has a military feel, preserving the masculine spirit and the barracks atmosphere, but the instruction has been replaced with fun: no patrols, no trumpeter wake-up calls, no elbow bumps, just a free program.

The 80 hectares that Arsenal Park covers offer countless opportunities: adventure, an open-air military museum, a playground in a disarming natural setting. Arsenal Park is thus a training camp, a base for tourist expeditions and at the same time, a provider of adrenaline.

* Minor participants must be accompanied by a parent or the parent must complete the form attached to the site

Saturday, June 22:

09:00-16:00 free training for participants;
23:00 registration closing;
Sunday, June 23:

07:00 complete closure of car access to the competition area;
08:00 Arrangement and organization of the participant registration point;
08:00-10:00 last minute registrations;
11:00 start;
14:00 competition closing;
16:00 awarding

Prizes:
Category under 12 years:
1st place: 100 lei, diploma and cup
2nd place: 70 lei, diploma and cup
3rd place: 50 lei, diploma and cup

Category 12-18 years:
1st place: 300 lei, diploma and cup
2nd place: 200 lei, diploma and cup
3rd place: 100 lei, diploma and cup

Category 18-35 years:
1st place: 500 lei, diploma and cup
2nd place: 400 lei, diploma and cup
3rd place: 300 lei, diploma and cup

Category over 35 years old:
1st place: 400 lei, diploma and cup
2nd place: 300 lei, diploma and cup
3rd place: 200 lei, diploma and cup
