First escape 2019
Description
The First Escape is a cross country cycling competition that takes place between Bucharest and Snagov.
Since 2012, it has become the cycling marathon with the largest number of participants in Eastern Europe.
The competition takes place through forests and country roads over a distance of approximately 55 km.
Participants pass through rural areas, forests, meadows, fields, lakes and historical sites, arriving on the shores of Lake Snagov.
The route is very accessible but we recommend a little training (www.primaevadare.ro/antrenament) beforehand - at least 3-4 longer outings on rough terrain and if possible a few on the road.
