Mtb marathon miercurea ciuc 2015

A Mountain Bike competition that has proven through previous years' editions that it takes place on the calendar
competition for all riders, a competition that challenges you to ride a route in a
picturesque area of the Ciuc Mountains, route chosen with the skill and expertise of our rider
Kelemen Arpad.
This competition will crown the series of events of the municipality's Cycling Week
Wednesday Ciuc.

Date of event: August 9, 2015

Start: Miercurea Ciuc Municipality, Liberty Square, from where under the escort of the Traffic Police we will arrive at
the foothills of the Şumuleului Mountains where the real battle with the heights begins.

Routes: 35 and 70 km

The routes are designed in such a way that they are accessible to all categories of participants, 100% cycleable.
for trained cyclists but accessible for beginners as well. You will climb the Ciuc Mountains on picturesque routes,
you will follow trails through fir forests, alpine meadows, we will climb you to an altitude of over 1400 meters, but
the landscape is worth all the effort. As a dessert at the end of the route we will direct you to the DH track built by local riders on the southern slope of the Şumuleului Mountains with all the delight of a DH track, trampolines, slalom through the trees,
a descent of all beauty.
For competitors who already know the tricks, we inform you that there will be no major changes compared to last year.
