Transfăgărășan Challenge is in its third edition and will take place on July 7, 2023.

Transfăgărășan Challenge objective is to offer amateur cyclists the chance to enjoy an amazing race on the most spectacular road in Romania. The event is open to all local, national and international amateur cyclists, both women and men (over 18 years old), offering everyone the feeling of a professional race. The competition is scheduled within the Sibiu Cycling Tour, as a preliminary race to the professional competition.
