Transylvania bike trails race

Transilvania Bike Trails Race (TBT Race) is a MTB competition that will take place on Saturday, August 20, 2016, with a start and finish in Saschiz, a village near Viscri, and whose purpose is to launch and promote the network of bicycle trails that connect the Saxon villages in the Târnava Mare area with Sighișoara. The competition is in its 3rd edition and will be held over 2 distances. A distance of 75 km and a 40 km beginner distance. The route runs through specially designed areas of the network as well as grassy hills, forest roads, and streets in old villages. The competition routes pass through the courtyards of fortified churches and the long one through the Saschiz fortress.
