Crater xco betfia - uci class 2

C.S. Velo Sport Oradea organizes, on August 1-2, 2015, the fifth edition of the cross-country mountain biking competition called the “Crater” XCO Betfia Cup, this time as a UCI Class 2 – Men Elite competition registered in the International Cycling Union calendar (www.uci.ch), of international rank, counting directly for the qualification of cyclists for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro!

Categories
The competition will be open to both professional and amateur athletes:
Elite (professional athletes over 18 years old): male – 6 laps

Amateur male: 3 laps

juniors 14-18 years old – born between 1997–2001;
seniors 19-29 years old – born between 1986–1996;
master 30-39 years old – born between 1976–1985;
veterans over 40 years old – born before 1975 inclusive.

Amateur women: 3 rounds
14-29 years old – born between 1986–2001;
master over 29 years old – born before 1985 inclusive.

Children (under 14 years old): separate categories for men and women
children under 10 years old – born after 2005 inclusive;
children between 11-13 years old – born between 2002–2004.

Family (child under 10 years old born after 2005 inclusive and one parent).
Children and Family Categories: 1-3 laps on a specially arranged route in the Start/Finish area
The age category will be based on the age reached by the end of the current year (31.12.2015).
Ex.:
Turns 19 in January – classification in the 19 – 29 category
Turns 19 in December – classification in the 19 – 29 category
If the number of registrations in a category is less than 5, this category may be merged with a neighboring age category.

Participants in the competition will benefit from a registration package consisting of:
- a special cycling jersey created by Bellotto for those who confirm their participation by paying the participation fee by July 9,
- free entry to the Venus Swimming Pool in Băile 1 Mai on Saturday and Sunday, August 1 and 2;
- Intersnack products: Chio, Felix, Fiesta, Nutline;
- Isostar products,
- soft drink,
- mineral water,
- competition number with Chip, bridle etc.
- medical assistance, to be updated.
All participants must know and respect the Competition Regulations.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded consisting of:
- prizes in Euro to the first 10 finishers in the Elite category, according to the UCI regulations valid from 2015: 1st–150 Euro, 2nd–120 Euro, 3rd–90 Euro, 4th–75 Euro, 5th–60 Euro, 6th–54 Euro, 7th–48 Euro, 8th–42 Euro, 9th–36 Euro, 10th–30 Euro;
- other prizes consisting of products, shopping vouchers (at Hervis, Benvenuti stores), cups, medals to the first three finishers per category;
- special prizes to the best Oradea residents per category
