Poiana brasov xc race

On July 31, the Poiana Brasov resort will host the first edition of the “Poiana Brasov XC Race” competition (www.poianabrasovxcrace.ro)
The organizers of this competition are those from the Poiana Brasov Tourism Association, who have proposed that in this way they help promote the resort.
The competition is addressed to all cycling enthusiasts who want to spend a Sunday doing what they like, as well as to licensed athletes.
The competition has three categories: long tour (35 km with 1000 m elevation gain), short tour (20 km with 600 m elevation gain) and Elite (35 km with 1000 m elevation gain).
The organizers offer generous cash prizes (these can be found in the Regulations section on the competition website) as well as vouchers to the resorts in Poiana Brasov.
Online registrations are open until July 29, but can also be done on site on the morning of the race, without guaranteeing the competition t-shirt.
The competition raffle will also be generous, and will transform this competition into one for everyone, not just for the winners.
At the end of the race, all participants and volunteers can stay for an After Party with pasta, strudel, coffee, tea and soft drinks, offered by members of the Poiana Brasov Tourism Association.
