Lunca Timisului Trophy is a fundraising event for the construction and development of WOODROCKS – camp, a place of experimentation, construction, ecological education and sustainability intended mainly for children.

The event takes place over two days in Lunca Timișului near Urseni, Timiș County, as follows:

Saturday, April 22, 2023 between 08:00 – 17:00
MTB races and KIDS MTB races

Sunday, April 23, 2023 between 08:00 – 17:00.
RUN races and KIDS RUN races

MOUNTAIN BIKE
For MTB, a single race of approximately 45km is prepared
The minimum age for participation in the Lunca Timișului Trophy MTB race is 15 years old.
Categories
Male: 15 – 19 years, 20 – 29 years, 30 – 39 years, 40 – 49 years, 50 years +
Female: Open
Awards
The first three places in the general classification for both men and women will be awarded with cash prizes. Medals and diplomas will also be awarded for the first three places in the age categories.

RUN
Three races are prepared for RUN - 5km, 10km, 21km
The minimum age for participation in the Lunca Timișului Trophy RUN races is 15 years.
Categories
Female and Male: 15 – 19 years, 20 – 29 years, 30 – 39 years, 40 – 49 years, 50 years +
Prizes
The first three places in the general classification for both men and women will be awarded with cash prizes. Medals and diplomas will also be awarded for the first three places in the age categories.

KIDS MTB & RUN
For children, races are organized with different distances depending on the age category, as follows:
MTB KIDS
3-7 years – 1.2 km
8-9 years – 4/5 km
10-11 years – 8/9 km
12-14 years – 16/18 km
RUN KIDS
3-7 years – 400 m
8-9 years – 800 m
10-11 years – 1200 m
12-14 years – 2800 m

REGISTRATION PERIOD
Online registrations open on February 20, 2023 and close on April 7, 2023.
There are no on-site registrations.

PARTICIPATION FEE
Participation is based on a contribution of 90 lei.
The LTT2023 T-shirt can be purchased separately, upon registration - 30 lei.
Participation for children aged 3 to 14 is FREE.
