Swimming
Swimming on the Bega Canal, inside the city, offers very good visibility. The public can watch the race from the bridges and from both banks, and for you, the downstream route will be a pleasant surprise with many personal records.

Cycling
For the bike route, the city's long boulevards are closed to car traffic during the competition, allowing for an excellent cycling route with wide curves and the possibility of reaching speeds of up to 50 km/h.

Running
It takes place in the central area, on sidewalks and cool alleys of parks. Our volunteers ensure your hydration along the route, and supporters have many locations and opportunities where they can support and encourage you.
