Wine marathon 2013
Description
The Wine Marathon takes place this year on Sunday, June 9. Registration opens in early May.
A MTB event with departure and arrival in Urlați, Prahova, the Wine Marathon is intended for all mountain biking enthusiasts – amateurs or professionals – and also includes an event for families.
MarVin 2013 consists of 3 different routes, similar to those in 2012:
- A 30 km route and a 650 m elevation gain for intermediate cyclists who want to train for climbing at the beginning of the competition season
- A 55 km route and a large elevation difference of 1,350 m, a real test of endurance for those who are already well trained
- A Family event of approximately 10 km for locals, but also ideal for families and friends of those participating in the other races and a perfect opportunity for a day trip
Registration fee
• For the 30 and 55 km routes:
- 50 lei until May 25
- 70 lei starting May 26
• There is no fee for the Family route.
The number of available seats is limited to 500.
